Quy Mill Hotel & Spa, Cambridge, Cambridge (Cambridgeshire)

My stay here was a mix of good and not so great moments. The rooms were immaculate, and I want to thank everyone for maintaining them so well. However, I must say I was a bit disappointed as I had paid for the highest ranking room and found it to be smaller than expected. Still, the room was in good condition, just as you would expect from a Best Western.

My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were comfortable, but some issues with air conditioning affected the quality of sleep. The staff were friendly but not very attentive. The location was convenient for visiting Cambridge and Newmarket, although cleanliness could be improved. Dining was disappointing due to limited options. Overall, decent stay with some room for improvement.
